It’s been a while since I’ve updated this blog. I think it’s because so much has happened this year already that I’m just not sure where to begin.
I have been updating my other blog (www.odysseytoparenthood.wordpress.com) for those who are interested.
As I’ve mentioned so much has happened, the problem is that we’re just not ready yet to share it all with this particular blog.
Don’t you worry, it’s nothing bad. At least not that we’re aware of.
We’re praying that 2010 will continue to be a blessed year and that soon enough we’ll be able to share the most wonderful news with you all.
Valentine’s Day was last week and Tom and I didn’t do anything special per say. We did have a wonderful Saturday together tough. We went to the movies, we watched Valentine’s Day, and then we went to one of my favorite restaurants PF Changs. I just love that place oh so much.
We had a special time together but then on Valentine’s Day he left to Indiana for work.
How boring it’s been without him. I have NO energy or will to do anything. On a positive note, it’s easier to keep our kitchen and other parts of the house clean while he’s gone. LOL.
I’m just dying for him to get home already. Tomorrow can’t come fast enough. Yes, tomorrow he gets back.
The sucky part is that I have to share him tomorrow tough. My in-laws are coming to visit and we’re going to have an early celebration of Tom’s name day (it’s a Polish tradition).
Both our mothers are going on long vacations. Not together but none the less they’re going. My mother in law is going to Poland in the beginning of march and I have no idea when she’s returning. My mother on the other hand is going to Brasil for the first time in 10 years. Needless to say it’s a very big deal for her. She’s going to be gone for a month and my poor dad is going to be all by himself. I can’t imagine how difficult that’s going to be for him.
I’m hoping that the month of March will go by fast and smoothly. Soon enough it will be summer, right????
For now that’s all. As soon as we can we’ll post some good news.
so,how was the movie? i’ve been wanting to see it…we usually wait till they come out on DVD or payperview lol…PF Chang’s YUMMY!! wish we lived closer together, you and i seem to have the same taste in foods!! i was just telling matt that i think we would all have so much to say to one another, as we have so much in common! hope u have a blessed weekend, love ya, Lori;)
The movie was great. Have you ever seen the movie called “Love Actually”?
This movie is kind of like that. Multiple couples dealing with life and I just loved it.
I agree. I should live closer. LOL.
One of these days we’ll find a way to meet and spend some quality time with our families together.
